To implement the Shalun AI Industry Zone preliminary planning project, the Industrial Technology Research Institute (hereinafter, the Institute) will collect, process, and use your personal data. Please note the following:
1. Purpose of collection: Industrial administration, SME and industry counseling, project management and evaluation, industry–academia collaboration, meeting management, surveys/statistics/research analysis, and other consulting services.
2. Types of data: Identification of individuals, identifiers in government records, occupation, qualifications/skills, professional association membership, current employment status, union and employee membership.
3. Period of use: Until the purpose of collection ceases.
4. Territory of use: Taiwan (R.O.C.) and regions where the Institute has offices.
5. Users: The Institute and other public/private agencies that have business interactions with the Institute.
6. Methods of use: Internet, email, paper, fax, and other lawful means, within the scope of the stated purposes.
7. Your rights (by written request): (1) Access or inquiry; (2) Request copies; (3) Rectification; (4) Stop collection/processing/use; (5) Deletion. For requests, contact the case officer at (06) 303-2027, Fax (06) 303-2227, or

8. If you do not sign this notice and consent form, the Institute will be unable to provide services within the specified purposes.
9. The Institute will keep your personal data confidential and secure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
