台北生技園區

台北生技園區為臺北市政府推動、世康開發投資營運臺灣首座生技產業聚落BOT案，位居國家生技廊帶與Bio-ICT產業核心，為亞洲未來健康創新基地與生醫商業化平台。
園區整合研發、試量產、創新育成、商務辦公與國際資源，匯聚生技醫藥、再生醫療、精準醫療、智慧醫材、數位健康、創投資金及專業服務，透過全球產業鏈結、技術合作、投資媒合、跨境交流與市場拓展，協助企業加速創新落地與國際化發展，打造未來健康創新生態系。

Taipei BioInnovation Park is Taiwan"s first BOT project dedicated to the development of a biocluster, initiated by the Taipei City Government and invested in and operated by Century Biotech Development Corporation. Strategically located at the heart of Taiwan’s national biotech corridor and Bio-ICT ecosystem, TBIP serves as Asia’s future health innovation hub and biomedical commercialization platform. TBIP integrates R&D, pilot production, startup incubator, business offices, and international resources, bringing together partners across biopharmaceuticals, regenerative medicine, precision medicine, smart medical devices, digital health, venture capital, and professional services. Through global industry connections, technology collaboration, investment matchmaking, cross-border exchange, and market expansion, TBIP supports companies in accelerating innovation, commercialization, and international growth, while fostering a future health innovation ecosystem.
