On March 28, Taiwan-based smart mobility platform USPACE announced an investment in JORDSABUY, Thailand’s largest smart parking startup. This marks USPACE’s third overseas investment in under a year, following its acquisition of Japan’s Nokisaki and investment in Indonesia’s Soul Parking. The move strengthens USPACE’s goal to build a regional smart mobility ecosystem by integrating IoT, AI-driven license plate recognition (AI-LPR), cloud computing, and other emerging technologies.
USPACE currently serves over 1.4 million verified members across Taiwan and Japan, managing close to 100,000 smart parking spaces at nearly 2,000 locations. Its ecosystem includes services like EV charging, car leasing, maintenance, and car wash—all part of its vision to offer a one-stop eMaaS (EV Mobility as a Service) solution. With the recent creation of a strategic investment division, USPACE is actively targeting high-potential startups in smart mobility, parking management, and data applications across Asia.
Thailand, particularly Bangkok, is facing serious urban mobility challenges. The country has over 20 million vehicles—2.5 times more than Taiwan—with more than 6 million of those in Bangkok alone. The city suffers from heavy traffic, worsened by outdated parking infrastructure and reliance on manual payment systems.

JORDSABUY addresses this issue head-on with its real-time parking reservations and contactless entry/exit, allowing drivers to more efficiently locate and access parking in dense urban areas. The company’s integration of smart technologies improves space utilization and creates a smoother experience for users.
“Thailand’s parking market shows huge growth potential, and JORDSABUY’s solution aligns perfectly with our vision,” said Allen Song, CEO of USPACE. “Beyond financial investment, we’ll bring in our in-house tech and management resources to help expand their reach. Together, we want to transform urban mobility in Thailand and digitize the local parking industry.”

This investment is part of USPACE’s broader strategy of vertical integration—linking different layers of the parking and mobility supply chain—and horizontal expansion into adjacent sectors. In less than a year, USPACE has built a strong presence across Japan, Indonesia, and now Thailand, positioning itself as Asia’s largest smart mobility platform.
USPACE’s partnership with JORDSABUY also has support from Thailand’s Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), which sees this collaboration as a way to drive smart city development and support local innovation.
JORDSABUY is now preparing for rapid growth. Backed by USPACE and depa, the startup plans to expand to 140 franchise locations across Thailand and aims to enter other Southeast Asian markets by 2027 through its franchise model.
The company is also working on cloud-based B2B solutions for parking and mobility services, and intends to leverage vehicle data for cross-industry applications like insurance. Its long-term goal is to build a scalable smart parking solution that can be adapted across Asia’s crowded cities.
“We’re leading the industry with unmanned, ticketless tech for all types of parking facilities,” said Thanaphum Sukanjanasiri, CEO of JORDSABUY. “With strong partners like USPACE and depa, we’re confident we can solve parking problems in Thailand and beyond, while also offering new digital services like EV charging and insurance integrations.”
