Taiwanese Startups Shine in the Middle East! 33 Startups Embark on a Mission to Dubai's GITEX Expand North Star!

With Dubai aiming to double its economy in the next decade, GITEX has become the Middle East's premier tech event, drawing global attention. Attracting participants from over 170 countries, more than 5,000 companies, and over 100,000 industry professionals, its scale rivals that of CES in the U.S. and IFA in Germany!

For the first time, from October 13-16, 2024, Taiwan's Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, together with the National Science and Technology Council, the National Development Council, and the Ministry of Digital Affairs, is leading 33 innovative startups to showcase their talents at the Taiwan Pavilion in GITEX’s Expand North Star, the global startup-focused exhibition! Our teams will also compete on the world stage at the GITEX Supernova Challenge, vying for a spot in the finals and a chance to shine as global innovators!

These startups span cutting-edge fields like AI, healthcare, sustainability, and space tech. Before even setting foot in Dubai, many have already caught the attention of local investors and companies for potential partnerships. They'll also be pitching their innovations in elevator pitches to showcase their game-changing solutions!
