ASPN (APEC Sports Policy Network) is a flagship initiative launched by Chinese Taipei under the framework of the APEC Human Resources Development Working Group. Fully supported by the Ministry of Sports and executed by IAPS, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
Moving beyond traditional academic discussions, this forum serves as the Asia-Pacific’s largest integrated platform for "Sports, Policy, and Innovation." In 2026, we focus on the theme of "Breaking Barriers," inviting representatives from the International Working Group on Women and Sport (IWG) and influential female leaders to explore how policy and technology can enhance women’s influence in sports and deepen international connections across APEC economies.
