Check out the highlights from the Accelerator Investment Matching Expo on 5/9!
On May 9th, the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs held an Accelerator Investment Matching Expo, where they not only introduced government investment resources and invited accelerator booths but also arranged for accelerator partners to explain their role as advocates for startups.

Let's review the highlights of the event:
Nice Cheng, a partner of AppWorks, emphasized the time-sensitive nature of entrepreneurship, stressing the importance of creativity, seizing opportunities, maintaining confidence, and having patience. He also highlighted the significance of knowing yourself before seeking suitable partners, emphasizing that partnerships and crowdsourcing are crucial connections within the community.

Amanda Liu, founder of StarFab, shared how accelerators can assist startups in finding opportunities for growth alongside large corporations actively investing in startups globally, thereby creating more business possibilities for startups and large corporations.
Through this event, startups gained a deeper understanding of the guidance mechanisms and ecosystem resources of different accelerators, so as to evaluate whether joining an accelerator is suitable for them. After the event, we received plenty of feedback from startups, expressing a desire to delve deeper into accelerator ecosystems and participate in similar investment matching activities. To continue strengthening Taiwan's investment ecosystem, we will continue to connect startups with ecosystem resources, accelerating startups to find their industry positioning and expand their operational scale.

Finally, we extend our gratitude to the accelerator partners and startups who attended and supported the event on May 9th, making the Accelerator Investment Matching Expo a resounding success!
