What is the Employment Gold Card?
Launched in 2018, the Taiwan Employment Gold Card is a 4-in-1 card that includes a Work Permit, Resident Visa, Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), and Re-entry Permit. The Gold Card is valid for 1 to 3 years, and allows the cardholders to freely work and reside in Taiwan.
Applicants can apply online without sponsorship.
FOUR-IN-ONE
1. WORK PERMIT : Allows cardholders to legally seek employment, work full-time or part-time, or start their own business.
2. RESIDENT VISA : Long-term visa that allows cardholders to stay in Taiwan for more than 180 days.
3. ALIEN RESIDENT CERTIFICATION : A physical identification card used in daily life to verify resident status.
4. RE-ENTRY PERMIT : Allows cardholders to freely enter and leave Taiwan without limitation as long as the card is valid.
APPLICATION FEES
