Girls in Tech Taiwan and AIT are inviting a speaker from the U.S. Speaker Program of the Department of State to come to Taiwan. Nancy Hayes is a wonderful leader in the business world, and specializes in leadership development. People are at the core of leadership. About the speaker:
Nancy Hayes is an angel investor, advisor to women entrepreneurs and an executive coach. She focuses on entrepreneurship and management/leadership and has a portfolio of angel investments in more than 30 women-led companies. She regularly consults on leadership, career and organizational effectiveness, with a special emphasis on coaching women executives. Prior to this role she served as senior executive in a Fortune 5 corporation, CEO of 2 non-profit organizations, dean of a large college of business and CFO of a state university. In 2013, She was cofounder of a rewards-based crowdfunding site for women with small business called Moola Hoop.
