It is he Global Entrepreneurship Monitor @gem.consortium #GEM！

GEM is the most well-known entrepreneurship survey project with broad coverage (over 200 institutes across the globe participated in it) and history (since 1999).

Participation in the project is voluntary. Supported by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan has participated in GEM since 2010.

Taiwan topped the list for two of the entrepreneurship framework condition features. In addition, the research team was named one of the Best Practice Team of 2020.

GEM conducts two surveys in participating countries every year: (1) the National Expert Survey assess the institutional factors relating to entrepreneurship while; (2) the Adult Population Survey looks at the features, motivations and ambitions of individual entrepreneurs or potential ones.
