Leveraging LINE PROTOSTAR’s experience in mentoring startups since 2015, LINE has designed a two-day LINE Startup Workshop, focusing on the most practice skillsets and fundamental knowledges essential for achieving entrepreneurial success.
Established 6 years ago, LINE PROTOSTAR has accumulated a wealth of experience in guiding startups, acquired successful startups, and organized numerous professional classes, networking events, demo-days and annual galas. With support from strategic partners, LINE has helped to scale and accelerate the growth of many startups and founders in Taiwan.
Invited by Department of Small and Medium Enterprises, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Institute of Science and Technology Law of the Information Industry, LINE PROTOSTAR will host the two-day LINE Startup Workshop in Kaohsiung Yawan and Linkou Startup Terrace. The workshop covers four main topics, including: 「LINE Ecosystem & Platform Resources」,「Business Planning & Financial Forecast」,「Corporate Governance & Due Diligence」and 「Oversea Business Expansion」. Through these four main topics, LINE aims to help startups systematically understand the importance of business planning, financial forecast, fund raising process, attention to legal details, and evaluating oversea expansion opportunities.
The program will cover:

Introduction of LINE platform resources, and understanding of how to utilize LINE’s resources in order to quickly achieve success.

Become familiar with LINE Official Account API, learning how to develop product and services directly on Official Account and communicate with users.

Understanding the importance of corporate governance, establishing a sound internal legally compliant corporate governance structure early could prevent future legal issues.

Writing a logical and attractive business plan, set out clear execution method and milestones based on corresponding resource constraint.

Model a practical and appealing financial forecast, for fundraising purpose and internal planning.

Grasp the knowledge of how to most efficiently introduce your company, product, service.

Evaluate potential opportunity of tapping into oversea markets, and the necessary planning needed.
